All this happened because she started doing the right exercises to lose belly fat and didn’t leave in between.

1. Burpees

The number one exercise for belly fat is burpees. This fat-burning exercise not only helps to reduce belly fat but also helps to build strong muscles. For this, stand keeping your feet at a shoulder distance apart.

Now, bend your knees coming to a squatting posture and keep your hands on the ground just in front of you. It is now time to jump to bring your legs straight behind and come in a push-up posture. Now, jump again to return to the squatting position. After this, return to the starting position. Repeat this total work workout 20 times and gradually increase the number.

2. Cobra Pose or Bhujangasana

Second easiest exercise for belly fat is the cobra pose. We call it Bhujangasana. For this, you need to just lie down on your stomach keeping your feet at a distance apart and stretching your hands overhead.

Then, slowly join your legs and touch the ground with your forehead. After this, start by pulling your hands and resting on your palms. Make sure to keep your elbows straight. Now, breathe in and gently lift your chest and upper body. Breathe out and in for 3-4 seconds in this cobra pose and then return to the starting pose. Repeat this exercise 10-12 times.

3. Flutter Kicks

Third effective exercise to reduce belly fat for female at home is flutter kicks. For this, you need to lie down on your back keeping your legs together and hands below your hips.

Now, try to gently lift your left leg off the floor and then lift your right leg too. Keep a distance of at least 30 or 45 degrees between the two legs. Make sure to keep your back touching the ground. Hold on to this position for about 4-5 seconds and then switch the legs turn by turn as if a butterfly flutters its wings. Repeat it 10 times in a set of 3.

4. Russian Twist

Exercising can be fun too. So, when you are planning workouts to lose belly fat, make sure to include the interesting Russian Twist exercise.

For this, you need to sit down on the ground keeping your knees bent and feet lying flat on the ground. Now, bend backward a little to form a 45 degree between your thighs and torso. After this, hook both your hands together right in front of you while lifting your feet slightly above the floor. Now, try to twist your torso to the left and back to the center, and then to the right side. Repeat it 10 times in a set of 3.

5. V-Ups

 You will get many exercises to lose belly fat on the internet and V-Ups is one of them. For this, you need to lie down on your back extending your arms just behind your head.

Keep your feet together and toes pointed straight. After this, keeping your legs straight try to lift them higher, raising your upper body off the ground. Make sure to keep your core tight and try to reach your toes. Feel the stretch and then gently lower down your upper body and return to the starting position. Repeat it 10 times in a set of 3.

Besides indulging in an effective exercise to reduce belly fat for female at home, one can try the following tips to get rid of that unwanted fat around the belly:

  1. Avoid Deep Fried Food
  2. Avoid Sugar and Desserts
  3. Avoid Aerated and Sweetened Beverages

  6. Limit Your Alcohol Intake
  7. Limit Your Carb Intake
  8. Keep your Stress Levels under check
  9. Take Sufficient Sleep
